Critical Information Summaries

A Critical Information Summary (CIS) sets out the key facts about a service in one place — what it includes, what it costs, the minimum term, and how to reach us or the Ombudsman if something goes wrong — so you can compare it with other offers before you buy. We publish one for each of our services, as the Telecommunications Consumer Protections Code requires.

Each summary is also available as a PDF from its page. If you need a summary for a plan we no longer sell, or a copy in another format, contact us on 13 82 55 or support@siptalk.com.au and we'll provide it free of charge.
