Every call rate and monthly charge, straight from our billing system. Prices are in Australian dollars and are what you'll see on your invoice.

Monthly services

Billed daily, so you only pay for the days a service is on your account. No setup fees and no contracts.

Phone numbers

A number is billed daily for as long as it's on your account, and each one can carry its own call routing.

Call rates

Charged per call, per minute, or both. A per-call charge is a one-off for the whole call; a per-minute charge is billed in one-second increments for as long as the call lasts.

What you pay for calls made from your extensions. Calls between extensions on your system are free, wherever they are.

1300 numbers share the cost of the call with the caller. What you pay depends on whether the caller is on a fixed line or a mobile, and where the call is routed.
