Register as a New User

Create your Siptalk account to start managing your organisation's phone system

Start Registration

Before You Start

  • A personal email address (not a shared mailbox)
  • Access to your email to verify the account
  • Your full name for account creation

1 Access the Registration Page

Navigate to the Siptalk registration page by clicking here or visiting:

https://my.siptalk.com.au/register

You'll see the registration form where you need to enter your email address. Important: Use a personal email address that only you can access, not a shared mailbox.

2 Verify Your Email Address

After submitting the registration form, you'll receive a verification email that looks like this:

Click the verification link in the email to confirm your email address. The link is valid for 24 hours.

3 Complete Account Setup

After verifying your email, you'll be directed to the account setup page:

On this page, you'll need to:

  • Enter your personal name (not business name)
  • Create a secure password

Note: You'll add your business/organisation information after logging in, not during this initial setup.

4 Log In to Your New Account

After completing the signup, you'll be redirected to the login screen where you can now log in with your new credentials:

Success! You can now log in and start adding your organisation to manage your phone system.

Now that you have a user account, you can proceed to set up your organisation and start configuring your phone system.

Troubleshooting Tips

  • • Didn't receive verification email? Check your spam folder or request a new verification email
  • • Verification link expired? Links are valid for 24 hours. Start the registration process again
  • • Forgot your password? Use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen
  • • Email already registered? You may already have an account. Try password recovery

Can I use a shared email address for registration?

No, you should use a personal email address that only you can access. Shared mailboxes or group emails should not be used for individual user accounts.

What happens after I verify my email?

After email verification, you'll be directed to the account setup page where you can enter your name and create a password. Once complete, you can log in and start adding organisations.

How long is the verification link valid?

The email verification link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, you'll need to restart the registration process.

Can I change my email address after registration?

Yes, you can update your email address from your account settings after logging in. You'll need to verify the new email address.
