Yealink Registration Guide
Complete setup instructions for registering your Yealink IP phone with Siptalk
Before You Begin
This guide assumes you have already added a device extension in your Siptalk portal. You'll need the registration details from that extension.
Required Information
There are 3 primary pieces of information required to register a VoIP extension on your Yealink device:

SIP Server URL
The server address your phone connects to

Your unique extension username

Password
The secure password for authentication
You'll find this information in the manage screen of the extension you're registering:

Step 1: Access the Yealink Web Interface
Finding Your Phone's IP Address:
On the phone, go to MENU > STATUS and look for the IPv4 address.
To log into the Yealink phone web access portal, browse to the IP address of the phone from a computer that's on the same network:

Default credentials: Username: admin / Password: admin
(Unless you have changed them)
Step 2: Configure Account Registration
When logged in, navigate to Account > Register menu:

Fill in the following fields:
Step 3: Configure NAT Settings
Scroll to the bottom of the page and change the NAT setting to STUN:

Then confirm the changes:

Step 4: Configure STUN Server
Navigate to Network > NAT. Set STUN to Active and add the Siptalk STUN server:

Finally, confirm all changes to complete the registration process.
Verifying Registration
After completing these steps, your phone should register within 30 seconds. You can verify successful registration by:
- ✓ Checking the phone display - it should show the extension number
- ✓ Looking in the web interface - Account status should show "Registered"
- ✓ Making a test call to another extension or your mobile
Model Compatibility
The images above are from current model Yealink phones. Older models may have slightly different menu layouts, but the fields that need to be configured remain the same. This guide works with all Yealink T-series phones including T46S, T48S, T54W, T58A, and newer models.
