Once you have setup the routing for your migrated numbers and extensions, we can transfer your account balance across from the old system.
We don't have a process for you to do this in the portal just yet, it's coming soon.
In the meantime, use the Send Message option in the bottom of the left menu to let us know you want to transfer the balance.
If you click the Send Message button while managing an organisation, that organisation detail will be included in the message that we receive.
Please let us know the customer id of your account in the old system that we should transfer the balance from.
